Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SV Loans (SV Finance Solutions) website and our loan consulting services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Nature of Services

SV Loans is a loan consulting and processing company. We are not a bank, and we do not lend money directly. We assist customers in identifying suitable loan products, comparing offers across our banking and NBFC partners, and coordinating documentation and processing on their behalf.

No Guarantee of Approval

While we work to present your loan application in the best possible light to our partner banks, final loan approval, interest rate, and terms are entirely at the discretion of the lending bank or NBFC. SV Loans does not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or a specific disbursement timeline.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documentation. Any misrepresentation or omission may affect your loan application and is your responsibility, not SV Loans'.

Fees

Our initial consultation is free of charge. Any applicable service fees for processing assistance will be communicated to you transparently before you engage our paid services.

Third-Party Bank Terms

Once your application is with a partner bank or NBFC, that institution's own terms, conditions, interest rates and charges apply. SV Loans is not responsible for the lending bank's policies, delays, or decisions.

Website Use

Content on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute financial or legal advice. EMI calculations shown are indicative estimates only.

Limitation of Liability

SV Loans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our consulting services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
